Pablo Ai takes community safety seriously and employs strict content moderation practices.

We have two levels of moderation: prompt-level and generation/output-level filtering. At the prompt level, certain word combinations may trigger filters to prevent the creation of inappropriate content. At the generation level, visuals that might be deemed inappropriate are blocked.

If your prompt is blocked, it may be due to potential inappropriate content. You can modify your prompt and try again. We advise against using prompts that may lead to depictions of pornography, violence, etc., as outlined in our Terms of Service.

To change your password, go to the account section in the app menu, or reset it by logging out and selecting "Forgotten Password" on the login screen. Note that changing/resetting passwords only works if you use email and password authentication, not if you signed up with Apple.

Password reset emails are sent only if you use email and password to log in. If you signed up with Apple, you will not receive an email to reset your password.

As a paying user, you receive a monthly allowance of Silver Credits based on your plan. Unused Silver Credits at the end of your billing cycle will expire, as they will be refilled to the monthly amount included in your subscription.

Yes, you can purchase Golden Credit Packs, which are valid for 3 months from the purchase date. Buying more Golden Credits extends the validity of all remaining Golden Credits to 3 months from the purchase date of the most recent pack. If you do not use your Golden Credits within that period, and do not buy more packs, they will expire.

Silver Credits come with any pro subscription and are reset monthly. Golden Credits are purchased separately and are valid for 3 months. When generating images or videos, Silver Credits are used first, followed by Golden Credits if your Silver Credits run out.

No, we currently do not support transferring or gifting Credits to other users.

If you've used all your Silver Credits, you'll need to wait for your next monthly reset to continue generating images. Alternatively, you can purchase Golden Credits.

If you're on the Free plan, you can watch a limited number of ads daily (if available) to generate images. For more flexibility, consider subscribing to a paid plan to get more Silver Credits and access to premium features.

If you have a paid plan, your Silver Credits reset every month based on your subscription start date. For example, if you started your subscription on July 15, your Silver Credits will reset on the 15th of each month.

If you did not receive your Silver Credits within a day of your subscription renewal, please contact our support team via the "Contact Us" button in the app. For instance, if your reset date is the 15th and you haven’t received your Silver Credits by the 16th, please reach out to support.

Yes, you are allowed to use the images generated on the platform for commercial purposes. Pablo Ai enables users to utilize the app/website for both personal and commercial uses, though the content generated by users is subject to our Terms of Service.

When generating privately as a paid subscriber, you retain full ownership, copyright, and all other intellectual property rights to the images.

For public images, Pablo Ai and its successors hold worldwide, perpetual rights to use, copy, reproduce, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, create derivative works, display, perform, sublicense, and distribute the images and text prompts you provide. Other users may also be granted a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to access and use these public assets through the platform’s features.

Paid subscribers on premium plans can use 'Private Mode' to manage the visibility of their generated images. If 'Private Mode' is ON, the images are private and only visible to you. If 'Private Mode' is OFF, the images are public and visible to all Pablo Ai users.

Yes, private image generation is available on any of the paid plans. This feature is exclusive to paid members. To generate private images:

- Subscribe to a paid plan within the app. - Tap the 'Private' button on the image/video generation page to access private image generation.

To remove your generated images, select the image and click on the trash can icon.

According to our Terms of Service, content generated privately with any paid subscription is not accessible by others, and Pablo Ai does not have the right to use your private images.

For public images, Pablo Ai is granted rights to use, copy, adapt, modify, publish, and distribute your text prompts, images, and generated assets. This license allows Pablo Ai to share these assets publicly and use them for service enhancements and promotional purposes.
